Important Notice: We do not offer refunds. Only replacement is allowed under specific conditions mentioned below.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in case of damaged products.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
  • No replacement will be provided after 3 days under any circumstances.
  • Replacement is strictly applicable for damaged products only.

Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement request.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
  • The entire unboxing process should be recorded without any cuts or edits.
  • The damage to the product must be clearly visible in the video.
Note: Replacement requests without a proper unboxing video will be rejected.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • No refunds are provided for any product.
  • No replacement for reasons such as dislike, wrong order placed, or change of mind.
  • Products once delivered cannot be returned.
