Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only in case of damaged products.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
- No replacement will be provided after 3 days under any circumstances.
- Replacement is strictly applicable for damaged products only.
Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement request.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- The entire unboxing process should be recorded without any cuts or edits.
- The damage to the product must be clearly visible in the video.
Note: Replacement requests without a proper unboxing video will be rejected.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- No refunds are provided for any product.
- No replacement for reasons such as dislike, wrong order placed, or change of mind.
- Products once delivered cannot be returned.
